Responsibilities
The Technical Support Analyst II is responsible for developing and tracking several acquisition documents (GFI, Design Decision Memos, CDRLs). The Technical Support Analyst II assists in developing briefs, strategic messaging, and coordinated schedules across the Program Office. The Technical Support Analyst II assists in sharing of information, document configuration control, and tracking execution across a variety of working groups. The Technical Support Analyst II supports installation, test and evaluation, top-level requirements, and risk analysis-working groups, and assists in providing deliverables associated with those working groups. The Technical Support Analyst II provides additional technical support through technical writing and editing, test and evaluation report development, and technical support in support of overall TITUS technical activities.
Tasks include:
- To update and document external client issues
- To perform analysis and determine client problems, and document these issues
- To provide solutions for network and system related issues, and to provide detailed documentation along with it
- To perform a cause analysis either on-site or at a client location.
- To assist customers by performing analysis of various issues relating to LANs, WANs, desktop computers, Internet connectivity and the installation of hardware and software
- To assist customers for the purpose of improving processes related to system issues
- To maintain error logs in coordination with IT departments, and to maintain resolution reports, too
- To offer recommendations – based on various metrics – on how to improve the support process in its entirety
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in STEM or Business field
• 2 years of relevant position experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Agile software development processes
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence or other equivalent project management applications / tools

Target Salary Range
$86,000 – $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
