A role you will love
As the Technical Systems Analyst, you will be part of a cross-functional Agile delivery team which creates customer-oriented solutions aligned to the overall Computershare and Technology strategy and values. In this role, you will need to be pragmatic and logical, with a solution-oriented mind set, and can clearly communicate your requirements and ideas.
You’ll partner with the Product Manager and project team to define business requirements to meet the project objectives while ensuring those requirements are within our business standards and guidelines. You’ll also collaborate, communicate, and negotiate with key stakeholders including value stream leaders, business groups and control groups.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Perform business analysis and administrative tasks to assist with the enhancement and maintenance of applications managed by the Enterprise Systems team
- Assist in the preparation of clear requirements which will form a well-balanced Product Backlog
- Manage and prioritize the scrum’s backlog and work with the team to plan stories for upcoming sprints and determine acceptance criteria for final UAT code
- Effectively manage risks associated with projects and scrum team, including: compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; and adherence to internal Computershare policies, procedures, and controls
- Look at industry trends and customer feedback to brainstorm on features
- Obtain appropriate buy-in on difficult decisions and solve complex issues, especially when there isn’t agreement amongst stakeholders, and know how to negotiate and when to escalate to your leader
- Work with operations and technical teams to research and resolve production issues
- Clarify ambiguities and customer experience based on business requirements and product objectives
What will you bring to the role?
You’re someone that has solid creative and strategic thinking skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner. You have a true knack for negotiating, influencing, and collaborating to build and nurture successful relationships. Additionally, you genuinely enjoy working in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, and adaptability are important.
You also bring:
- 3+ years of IT industry experience
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Agile and Azure ADO experience in regulated organizations
- Proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives and effectively partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Experience managing process discovery, process modeling, and process improvement activities
- Proven ability to synthesize data to form a story and align information to contrast or compare to industry perspective and historical business trends
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Ability to present and communicate effectively thru remote virtual tools like Microsoft Teams, WebEx
- Knowledge and understanding of online authentication, authorization, fraud, or security
- Process improvement experience
- Experience with SQL
Bonus points if you have:
- Degree in IT, or related discipline
- Relevant Business Analysis courses or qualifications
- Experience in the Financial Services industry

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $85,000 – $105,000 USD. This base pay range is specific to Denver, CO and may not be applicable to other locations. This range reflects our good faith effort to pay fairly based on our job evaluation of this role and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
