We are seeking a technical content writer skilled in creating a contextual help knowledge base for our internal customer teams and our customers to understand and interpret our product. It’s important that you have experience writing about data-centric products. AI/ML SaaS experience would be helpful.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in marketing or working with marketers directly
- Demonstrated experience working as a technical or content writer
- Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Bonus – working with SaaS Martech (Marketing Tech platforms)
- Bonus – having worked with AI/ML products
$35 – $45 an hour
