Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Technology Navigator for our amazing Developmental & Cognitive Services Division (DCS)!
From independent living to fully staffed homes, we work within whatever setting is best to support individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities learn daily living skills, develop meaningful relationships, and become part of their communities. Through behavior therapy, counseling, and psychiatry provided in the communities where the people we serve work and live, we help them advocate for themselves and take part in their own mental healthcare.
In this vital role, the Technology Navigator supports the operation of the Digital Equity Partnership program.
This program aims to increase digital inclusion among people with physical, behavioral or intellectual disabilities. The Technology Navigator will provide one on one support in homes and for Riverside Community Care’s many programs within the DCS Division.
The Technology Navigator is responsible for supporting persons served with effective use of technology for several purposes: to access telehealth services, to increase independence and to support clinical goals. They will support individuals’ access to a device and enrollment in low-cost broadband.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Flexible hybrid model with in-person direct client contact at various program sites and remote work for meetings/paperwork
Salary: $53,000/year

Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language)
- Must have valid driver’s license and available, dependable transportation
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma and related experience is required. In some cases, experience may be substituted for academic training
- At least 1 year of experience in health care and/or social service, or in a service-user facing technology related field is preferred
- Experience working with people with mental health challenges and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred
