About the opportunity
SWCA Environmental Consultants has a part-time opportunity for an IT End-Point Deployment Technician to join our IT team (HR Title = Technology Support Specialist).
The role will work from our Denver Corporate office (20-30 hours a week).
What you will accomplish
- Deployment of desktop workstations and laptops throughout the organization.
- Assist in configuring MS-Outlook accounts, managing data, modifying network profiles, and help with password needs.
- Configure settings on Windows workstations.
- Use of a Support Ticketing System to ensure all details of work performed is captured.
- Assist in image capture and image testing.
Experience and qualifications for success
- Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Systems or Computer Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 6 months IT Experience: Troubleshooting laptop & desktop hardware and software.
- Microsoft Office 2016/O365.
- A strong orientation towards internal customer service, collaboration, and a willingness to be hands-on.
- Detail oriented.

An employee in this Colorado office -based position can expect a salary of $23.10- $30.45/hour. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law.
