Job Summary

Responsible for performing routine administrative functions, ability to process, issue and distribute documents in a quality, timely and efficient manner. Prepare/performs administrative functions compile data, organization of documents,

Meet, greet and direct internal and external constituents as needed for In-Processing. Involves other clerical duties: filing copying, satellite file updates, and departmental filing.

The position requires extensive repetitious data input, hardcopy filing, and copying. Must be able to work as a cooperative team member. Perform multiple tasks and assignments, with minimal guidance, to provide support on a variety of functions related to the department. Adhere to strict guidelines and confidential information

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for performing routine administrative functions, including but not limited to the following:

  • Ability to process, issue and distribute documents in a quality, timely and efficient manner
  • Compile data, organize documents, schedule meeting, answer telephones and provide information as required
  • Meet, greet and direct internal and external constituents as needed for In-Processing
  • Other clerical duties: filing copying, satellite file updates, departmental filing, word processing
  • Position requires extensive repetitious of data input, hardcopy filing, copying
  • Must be able to work as a cooperative team member
  • Perform multiple tasks and assignments, with minimal guidance, to provide support on a variety of functions related to the department
  • Collects and prepares data for a variety of reports, correspondence and documents
  • Screen and schedule all visitors according to NRC mandates
  • Adhere to strict guidelines and confidential information

Job-Specific Degree, Experience or Certification

REQUIRED:
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows Applications
• Ability to understand and comprehend Company policies/procedures
• 1-2 years Administrative experience
• Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Maintain confidential information
• Must meet Nuclear’s requirements for unescorted plant access
