Talent Coordinator

The Challenge
You are a vital part of the talent team supporting both internal and external talent operations and candidate experience. You will work closely across the talent team to facilitate efficiency in all that we do. You will build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, hiring managers, and key external partners as an ambassador for the talent team.
Key Responsibilities
Execute & Support
- Schedule interviews in a timely manner, communicate interview details for North America Commercial and Corporate positions.
- Posting open positions in the applicant tracking systems and auditing for consistency and excellence.
- Facilitate an outstanding applicant experience.
- Maintain Open Job Report on all new positions, job closings, and KPI metrics.
- Partner closely with Human Resource Business Partners in talent related operations.
- You will be responsible for data accuracy across the talent team with constant audits and updates of the Applicant Tracking System.
- Collaborate with Recruiters to facilitate offer letters, initiate background checks, track onboarding paperwork, and ensure seamless handover to HRBP’s.
- Partner with the Learning & Transformation Team to facilitate onboarding experiences.
- Support Early Career and Talent Management Teams for their operational and project needs.
- Support ad hoc projects, as required.
- Serve as a liaison between the Richemont Group Talent Team
Requirements
- You are an expert communicator and collaborator! Enthusiastic & passionate about luxury retail, its history, heritage, and craftsmanship.
- You can work in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
- You are detail oriented with impeccable attention to small details.
- You are passionate about people and have a curious and positive spirit.
- You have 0 – 2 years’ experience. Retail experience would be great, but not required.
- You are scrappy and energetic and will take on any task. No job is too small and no partnership unimportant.
- You must love to work as a team, sharing resources, energy, and candidates.
- You must be FRIENDLY….this is a must.
- You must be willing to work across time zones to meet the needs of our boutiques and corporate leaders.
- You are tech & digitally savvy to operate our Applicant Tracking System (People First), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
- It’s human resources – integrity & confidentiality are a must.
- You must be flexible to adapt quickly, have empathy in working with people and challenging circumstances, and a positive spirit.
The expected hourly range will be $28.00 -$30.00 per hour. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
