About the role
magniX is looking for a Logistics Specialist on a 4-month contract to execute supply chain logistics tasks such as creating shipping manifests, work with 3PLs, execute drop shipments, and ensure proper paperwork among other warehousing tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create shipping manifests and coordinate with third-party logistics for standard and hazmat shipping
- Coordinate drop shipments between suppliers domestically and internationally
- Handle international shipments, create Export Control documents, and find ECCNs and HTS
- Participate in inventory tasks, including cycle counts and Kanban
- Receive and stock incoming materials
- Package and ship outgoing material using pallets & forklifts as needed
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with export control documentation and ECCNs
- Experience with incoterms, creating shipping manifests, and third-party logistics
- Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and computer fluency
- Ability to work well with a team but comfortable working alone

- Employer work visa sponsorship and support are not provided for this role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at hire and must maintain authorization to work in the United States throughout their employment with magniX.
Location
- Applicants must be willing and able to commute to magniX’s location in Everett, Washington. Relocation is not provided for this role.
Hourly Rate: $30-35 an hour depending on experience
