The anticipated salary range for this role is between $77,000.00 and $115,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

Role Description
The Third-Party Management Specialist will act as a point person working closely with internal stakeholders to provide white glove support for procurement, expense and third-party risk management processes. Daily activities will include collaborating with business users to create & manage contract requests, expense requests, risk assessments, supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase order & invoice management in the Coupa procurement system & Concur expense management system.
Role Objectives
- Facilitate purchase requisition creation, PO change requests, new contract requests, risk assessments and supplier onboarding in Coupa in accordance with Procurement policies and procedures
- Assist with enabling new and existing Suppliers into the Supplier Information Management (SIM) module of Coupa. This includes working with the suppliers to help complete and submit the forms in Coupa
- Enter expense reports into Concur expense management system in accordance with policies
- Provide hands on support with management and tracking of supplier onboarding, purchase orders, contracts & expenses
- Act as a liaison between functional teams and business
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships cross functionally
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn
- Experience with Procurement procure-to-pay processes and technologies, especially purchasing requests, catalogs, requisitions/purchase orders, contracts, and P-Card
- Functional experience reviewing executed agreements to interpret terms and convert commercials into purchase requisitions.
- Coupa supplier enablement and onboarding experience (SIM)
- Willing to work a hybrid home/office schedule with an office based in White Plains NY
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
