Job Description Summary
Goodyear Ballpark is looking for Ticket Interns to join our team for the upcoming Spring Training season! A Ticket Intern provides excellent customer service while administering the sales and distribution of game tickets in person and by phone at Goodyear Ballpark. Responsibilities include balancing cash and credit card receipts and tickets at the beginning and end of each shift, providing information regarding pricing, availability, and seating locations throughout the ballpark and troubleshooting customer ticket issues.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, attentive to both customers and details and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

EXAMINATION PROCESS Only a limited number of the most highly qualified applicants meeting the City’s requirements will be invited for an interview. Examination process for this position will include: Panel Interview – Interviews will be conducted in December of 2023. Dates of employment for the position will be December 2023 – March 2024.
