Overview
The Ticket Sales Coordinator will support the Hartford Wolf Pack Ticket Sales Department as well as the Vice President of Business Operations.
This role will pay a wage of $20.50 to $22.00/hour.

The XL Center is Connecticut’s premier destination for sports & entertainment.
The 15,000+ seat downtown arena is home to the eleventh-time National Champion UConn Women’s Basketball team and the five-time National Champion UConn Men’s Basketball team. Led by Hall of Fame basketball Head Coach Geno Auriemma and Dan Hurley, the Men’s & Women’s basketball programs have established themselves as national powerhouses.
The XL Center is also home to the AHL’s Hartford Wolf Pack, the primary developmental affiliate of the New York Rangers.
The XL Center entertains millions of visitors annually with a variety of concerts, family shows, ice-skating spectaculars, consumer events, and trade shows throughout the season. The venue has played host to an extraordinary roster of world-renowned artists, including Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Pearl Jam, Black Eyed Peas, Britney Spears, Drake, and many others.
The XL Center will continue to be the center of sports and entertainment for Hartford and the State of Connecticut for years to come.
Responsibilities
- Track the reps’ activities and puts together daily activity reports
- Assist with daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end reporting
- Enters weekly sales numbers into AHL Tracking System
- Assists in tracking departmental budget
- Coordinates internal sales programs including Open Houses, Meet and Greets, and Group Events (Pre/Post games, Competitions, Career Days, Ex. Hall Events, etc.)
- Coordinates all in-game staff activities including birthday parties and sales tables
- Works directly with the Marketing team to help build all sales emails
- Works directly with box office to coordinate all ticket packages
- Supports Ticket Sales Department with departmental communications and project coordination
- Build out FEVO links for group sales
- Work directly with ticket holders to help generate new revenue
- Handles all departmental filing
- Handles special projects related to the department as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Marketing, Communications, Sports/Business Management, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be detailed-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments and projects in a fast- paced environment
- Must be able to work events, select holidays, and beyond normal business hours as needed
