OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: Provide support to end user software, hardware, printers, VolP systems, and cell phone services. Troubleshoot basic to complex issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
JOB SKILLS AND DUTIES:
- Responsible for working incoming tickets through helpdesk system, answering calls, in-person requests and emails while generating tickets.
- Work with server hardware, wireless systems, and documentation of new systems.
- Excellent customer service and willingness to learn.
- Maintain accurate repair records and uploading inventory of changes as needed.
- Work with Active Directory, Office 365, BitLocker, VoIP system.
- Work with vendors of hardware, software, internet services, and cell phone services.
- Act as first point of contact for end user issues.
- Escalate when necessary to tier 2 support.
- Follow written and verbal communications and directives.
- Ability to work independently.
B. Company Specific:

- Report to work on times scheduled; stay awake and alert during work/training; adheres to policies regarding notification of absence.

- Must always carry work phone while on duty; respond to phone calls, text messages, and emails in a timely manner.
- This position may require the employee to operate either a company-owned or personal vehicle on behalf of the company; the company owned vehicle should always remain clean.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Prefer minimum associates degree in related field.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a help-desk role.
Licenses/Certification: Require CompTIA A+ certification.
RATE OF PAY: $14.00 – $19.00 per Hour DOE
