Job Description
You are an expert on installation of flooring. You are knowledgeable in laying and finishing carpet, wood, and tile. Work begins with removing old flooring, cleaning, and leveling the surface. These technicians measure the area to be covered and cut flooring material or tile to fit.
As a Tile Carpet Technician, you will:
- Be responsible for getting a list from Quality Assurance every morning on work orders
- Turn in completed work orders to Quality Assurance and keep file
- Get work orders from Central Dispatch, complete and log in book
- Extract all overflows as needed on a priority
- Maintain a maintenance program on all floors, buff, strip, and wax as needed
- Maintain all machinery on working order. Ensure all machines are locked in closet at the end of shift
- Maintain cleaning program in models and all public areas
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts
