ARB, Inc. has an opening for a Timekeeper position. This is a traveling role within Southern California.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collect weekly Union & Admin timesheets from the field daily
• Key in labor, equipment & third party vendor commitments into Excel daily
• Submit labor timesheets to the Payroll Department weekly
• Track onsite equipment using Excel and company financial system daily and weekly
• Submit equipment timesheets to the EQ Division weekly
• Process makeup and layoff checks as needed
• Order equipment through Dispatch
• Order materials & provide purchase orders to vendors
• Sort, scan and file timesheets and receivers daily
• Reconcile vendor invoices against estimated commitments in Excel daily
• Code and approve vendor invoices in an electronic system (pVault) and log invoices in Excel daily
• Process new hire paperwork as needed
• Conduct labor, equipment, and purchase order audits in Excel daily and weekly
• Update progress and quantity trackers in Excel and web-based software daily
• Misc. administrative tasks to assist the project and onsite supervisor(s) with subcontract management, change order/billing packages, project forecasting, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- This is a travelling position. Candidates must be available to travel on short notice across Central/Southern California for extended periods of time.
- Variable working hours from 40 to 60 hours a week based on project schedule
- Viewpoint Vista and/or pVault experience a plus

Pay Range (depending upon experience and qualifications): $24.00/hour to $33.00/hour
