Centrally located in Lansing Michigan,we offer services throughout the Midwest region. Our tower division is rapidly growing,and we are looking for tower crew leads.

Responsibilitiesof a tower crew lead:
- Oversee construction of RF modifications & new builds
- Manage and lead service crews to maintain wireless services for major carriers
- Instruct, develop, and motivate crew
- Coordinate with the office regarding material, equipment rentals, customers, etc.
- Read, comprehend, and execute construction documents
- Communicate and submit information using word, excel, outlook, etc.
- Perform sweep/PIM/fiber tests
- Understand and implement proper safety procedures
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of crew lead experience in the telecommunications industry
- Proficiency with multiple carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Dish)
- PIM Certified
- Sweep Testing Certified
- Fiber Testing Certified
- Climbing/Tower Rescue Certified
- First Aid Certified
- Good understanding of multiple technologies (AWS, LTE, CDMA/UMTS, GSM/PCS)
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess valid driver’s license (chauffer or CDL license plus DOT medical card) and have acceptable driving history
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Payrange: $25 – $35 based on experience.
