Summary
We are seeking a talented individual for a TPL Recovery Specialist who is responsible for verifying, documenting, and coordinating information needed to process applications. This position requires a working knowledge of all systems and processes that support the Iowa contract, which includes MMIS, Ecenter, and OnBase. Must have the ability to work in a production, quality, and project-driven atmosphere.
Your role in our mission
- Verify a set number of insurance leads on-line or telephonically in a timely manner.
- Must meet quality standards for verification activities.
- Review and analyze system generated error reports, resolving any errors immediately and trending the error data for possible programming enhancements.
- Provide feedback to the team lead regarding staff repetitive or training errors.
- Attend process improvement meetings with programming staff.
- Compile daily and weekly activity and forward to the specialists Team lead.
What we’re looking for
- Must be able to proficiently work all context codes of Ecenter.
- Must be able to proficiently work all aspects of OnBase as it relates to TPL activity.
- Must be able to champion projects as needed to support the business needs. This includes providing organized detail or summary data of the project upon request.
- Must have excellent attendance and reliability.
- Perform additional job duties as requested by management.
What you should expect in this role
- This is a fully remote opportunity for Iowa residents only, but there is a chance of the need to come into our office located in Des Moines, Iowa for training in the future.
- This is a full-time position with benefits that start on first day of work.
- In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.

The pay range for this position is $24,800.00 – $35,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
