Looking for a full time position with the ability to travel then this is for you. Missouri State Agency for Surplus Property (MOSASP) is seeking a Transport Driver. MOSASP receives property from federal government, including military property and transfers it to our donees (customers) for a minimal fee.
What you’ll do:
- Operate a large tractor trailer rig to pick up property across the United States
- Deliver property within the State of Missouri
- Load, unload, and perform necessary handling operations in connection with property being transported
- Ability to lift, move, and stack heavy objects
- Ensure freight is handled professionally and delivered to the appropriate location
- Maintain appropriate logs, mileage tracing, duel consumption, and other paperwork as required
- Maintains truck and equipment by checking oil, tires, safety equipment, trailer connection, etc.
All you need for success:
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited high school, or GED and one or more years of experience in operating a tractor trailer
- Class A CDL License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
