Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking a full-time individual with demonstrated experience in training and acquisition analysis as part of the Human Systems Integration (HSI) process in support of military acquisition programs. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated possession of strong analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills. The candidate must also demonstrate a strong understanding of mathematics, statistics, data collection and data analysis.
What You Will Be Doing:
The position will support a range of military acquisition programs over time. Depending on program requirements, responsibilities could include the following:
- Conduct training system analysis and development.
- Conduct learning analyses.
- Provide training program acquisition support.
- Test and Evaluation (T&E) support.
- System requirements analysis.
- Conduct manpower analysis using the Manpower Authorization Requirements Criteria (MARC) formula.
- System KSA requirement development and analysis.
- Development of Personnel mix requirements.
- Development of manpower billets and career progression paths.
- Development of manpower documentation such as Manpower Estimate Reports (MERs), Manpower Personnel Training Analysis and Plans (MPTA or MPTP), Ship Manpower Documents (SMDs), and Preliminary Ship Manpower Documents (PSMDs).

Required Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen, possessing an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance*
- 10 years military experience as an Officer or Senior Enlisted.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years’ relevant training/logistics acquisition analysis experience
OR
- 10 years of relevant training/logistics acquisition analysis experience with no degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Instructional Systems Designer certification
- Manpower acquisitions experience
- Workforce Development analysis experience
*Maintaining a U.S. Government security clearance involves periodic comprehensive background checks.
