Summary:
Goldbelt Hawk is seeking a Training and Logistics Coordinator to provide continued support to the DTRA NE-MA Department’s customers and programs. Facilitating vulnerability assessments and mission assurance department support and performance analysis in support of DoD and DTRA efforts.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide required resource management, administrative, planning, and professional development support to the Department.
- Supports the training and logistic requirements of the NE-MA Department released regarding performance vulnerability and adversarial assessments.
- Provide support to ensure the successful operations of the Department’s operational programs.
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, and resources
- Manage participant registrations, attendance, and communication.
- Maintain training material up to date, organized, and readily accessible.
- Set-up audio visual equipment, technology platforms and virtual training.
- Collect feedback and integrate participates feedback into training to continuously improve training quality.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and evaluations.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to independently initiate, manage, execute and report tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 or higher to include Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Four (4) or more years’ experience in data analytics. An additional four (4) years of data science experience on projects with similar data analytics processes may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
- Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
- Must be a U.S Citizen
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 per year.
