Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop subordinates to explain, evaluate, and apply instructional design and adult learning
- principles to their projects
- Facilitates meetings for updates and creation within our business communications
- Ensure the materials written by subordinates adhere to departmental standards
- Effectively communicate with all levels of organizational staff. Competencies include excellent
- presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication
- skills.
- Selects appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual education, group
- instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, course
- curriculum, computer-based training, and/or satellite distance learning
- Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules based on knowledge of identified training
- needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures,
- or services.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to
- interpret an extensive variety of technical and non-technical instructions and deal with several
- abstract and concrete variables
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; and five years of related experience
- including one year of supervisory/management experience; or an equivalent combination of
- education and experience
- Proven work experience as a Content manager
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication
- Understanding of instructional design principles
- Understanding of adult learning theories
Salary Range
Compensation: $76,300.00/Year – $109,000.00/Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role’s location and is subject to change based on work location.
