Training Systems Integrator

Contract Position
$35.76-$50.08/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer training requirements and develops proposal components to satisfy requirements.
- Analyze data to identify and recommend potential training technologies for application to customer requirements.
- Assist in developing and documenting training standards and specifications to enable trainings design, development and delivery.
- Develop training material to support training of test personnel.
- Conduct courseware reviews. Works with general direction.
- Provide subject matter expertise to create eLearning and print publications
- Collaborate with instructional systems designers and graphic designers to create training materials as a technical writer
- Review courseware, instructor materials, and supporting documentation for technical accuracy
- Analyze training requirements to provide technical content to support learning objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry resources
- Review comments and collaborate with team to reconcile conflicting inputs
- Research, document, and provide technical information to support and update established processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree combined with 6 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 or more years of experience developing flight training courseware
4 or more years of experience as a Pilot
2 or more years of experience as a certified flight instructor
Airline Transport Pilot license or foreign equivalent
Detail oriented
Must be very familiar with large Excel files - 1 or more years of experience developing flight training courseware for part 141 flight school or foreign equivalent
- 2 or more years of experience as a Certificated Flight Instructor
- Airline Transport Pilot – Airplane Certificate with instrument rating or foreign equivalent
- Detail oriented
- Associates Degree or equivalent
- Preferred Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation or education
- Pilot with experience flying Boeing airplanes
- Pilot with experience in part 121 or foreign equivalent
- Experience writing and editing training materials or technical documentation
