We are currently seeking a Transaction Operations Supervisor to play a key role in our Sales Operations organization for Lucid. In this role, the Transaction Operations Supervisor will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Transaction Operations Team which supports Inside Sales and customer-facing field Sales teams from the reservation process through deliveries to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee coordination with the Sales, Delivery and Order Operations teams to ensure that all required documents pertaining to the vehicle purchase are complete and accurate.
- Monitor work of Transaction Operations staff and ensure compliance to company’s procedures and policies as well as state mandated policies.
- Manage and motivate staff across multiple states to operate in an environment for meeting and exceeding customer expectations of the delivery process.
- Develop KPI’s and targets for individual associates and provide necessary assistance to achieve said goals.
- Interact directly with customers as needed via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve complex registration transactions in an expeditious manner.
- On-site set-up of all new locations requiring on-site Transaction Operations team members.
- Identify ways to improve customer experience and increase efficiency of internal processes.
- Develop training material to support the onboarding of new hires and provide training to new hires.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with supervising teams in a Business Office administration capacity or similar.
- Preferred experience in processing Title and Registration, Sales Contract Processing and other Sales and DMV functions.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while relentlessly prioritizing based on need.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiences
- Ability to think strategically, drive for results, continuously drive innovation, and inspire the organization to achieve and exceed its objectives.
- Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and perform in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education, and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
• California (Bay Area) – $96,000-132,000 per year
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
