About the role
Determine the most cost-effective methods for transporting goods without sacrificing efficiency and timeliness. Deliver carrier performance KPI and ensure all products meet customer commitments. Managing transportation management business processes. Work with planning, NPI and sales on tactical and strategic transportation initiatives.
Analyze freight bills, payments, and shipment planning. Responsible for transportation analytics, data mining and provide relevant support function activity, including accuracy and timeliness of data processing, report generating, problem analysis, and all other internal and external customer-specific inquiries. Generate periodic customer metrics and develop customer performance reports. Ensure company compliance export and import. Track all inbound supply from factory to DC or drop ship locations.
For California Only – The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $18 and $34 per hour.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

What you’ll be doing
- Review retail guides to align Roku process
- Collect, analyze, and make recommendations using transportation data about timeliness, cost, types of goods, etc.
- Identify transportation cost inefficiencies or variances and make recommendations to avoid them
- Research, create cost estimates, and negotiate transportation options and contracts
- Maintain transportation routing guide
- Coordinate Inbound supply for on time delivery to Distribution Sites
- Publish daily inbound report
- Reconcile Freight invoices as needed
- Import and Export compliance
- Participate in event driven Projects such as Black Friday and Holiday Shippers
- Interact with cross functional teams in resolving problems
- Support all quarter end activities, POD and Inbound supply
- Maintain master weight and dimensions Matrix
- Process and close on cargo claims
- Support the monthly Transportation dashboard
- Coordinate International and Domestic transportation
- Handle all WM shipper Plan and routing with carriers
- Run monthly air freight RFP
We’re excited if you have
- Experience with all modes of transportation
- Background in international and domestic freight
- Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent
- Advanced Microsoft Office and database programs
- Working Knowledge of ERP systems NetSuite
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communications skills
- They must be able to interact with clients in resolving problems
- Ability to Travel 5% domestically
- Willing and capable to work in a team environment
- Working Knowledge of inventory controls and processes
