This position reports to the Senior Manager of Treasury Cash Operations and is responsible for leading the daily cash management activities for PepsiCo’s U.S. and Canada operations. The candidate will manage the daily treasury activity, engage with AP teams and AR teams and support M&A and banking relations for cash management. The candidate will be the owner of the U.S. and Canada corporate treasury applications, ensuring compliance to PepsiCo Treasury SOX controls and leading treasury innovation projects. This role will interact closely with other Treasury teams, including Capital Markets, International, Global Liquidity and FX and Commodities teams, as well as other Corporate Finance partners.

Responsibilities
• Manage an operations team (2 treasury professionals) that manage the daily net cash positions for U.S. and Canada
• Manage daily U.S. and Canada wire payments in Treasury management system (Quantum) or banking portals, including review and approval
• Engage closely with banking partners, including opening/closing bank accounts, monitoring banking services and coordinating daylight overdraft activity
• Perform period closes for U.S. and Canada banking activity in Quantum
• Manage intercompany loan portfolio in Quantum
• Coordinate Divisional legal entity settlements
• Manage banking regulatory compliance activities, including FBAR reporting and FATCA documentation
• Provide cross-functional support to Control, Tax, M&A, Treasury, Payroll, outside vendors, and business partners as it relates to cash management
• Ensure compliance to PepsiCo Treasury SOX and operational controls and Treasury policies for U.S. and Canada Cash Operations
• Support the roadmap for Quantum, SWIFT and treasury banking applications
• Support Treasury business continuity planning and testing
• Support Treasury projects and drive process efficiencies

Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 – $165,150 based on full-time schedule
• Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with preference for coursework in finance, accounting and/or technology systems
• 6+ years of corporate treasury experience with exposure to treasury operations, cash management
• Experience with Treasury management systems (particularly Quantum), banking applications and/or system administration
• Familiarity with and appreciation for the requirements of a treasury environment (timeliness, accuracy, control requirements and strict adherence to policy and procedures)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and team oriented

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience leading projects
• Prior people management experience preferred
• Track record of improving processes, leading projects, and influencing decision-makers
• MBA or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
