Treasury Support Specialist will join Jack Henry to support our Cash Settlement Reconciliation team. In this role, successful team members are able to work with associates in other departments in order to resolve reconciling items and identify system issues. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter that is able to effectively work independently as well as within a team environment.
This position will be filled to work as a hybrid schedule at the following Jack Henry office locations: Monett, MO or Springfield, Mo.
The target salary range for this position is $35,900 – $45,000, based on experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Monitors bank activity for incoming wire transfers, credit card and ACH credits.
• Communicates with banks where JH maintains settlement accounts to resolve complex problems.
• Reconciles all settlement accounts on a daily basis.
• Balances bank statements daily, resolving any returns and out of balance conditions.
• Prepares monthly reconciliations for related GL accounts.
• Assists other Treasury personnel as needed, including cross-training and performing duties in the event of an absence.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and/or Finance OR 1 year working in a Financial Institution.
What would be nice for you to have:
• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong math and reasoning skills.
• Ability to use spreadsheets and other accounting-related programs.
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently, including 10-key.
