* Manager VTC scheduling and provide live event support
* Maintain IT and AV equipment related to information displays, digital signage, monitors, laptops, video record devices and other related end user devices
* Operate and manage equipment for presentations, sound, lighting and audio/video conferencing
* Create and manage user accounts
* Develop SOP’s for utilization of conference center equipment
* Escalate IT issues to Tier III when needed
* Provide workstation (thick and thin client), VoIP device, and voice and video conference support
* Manage hardware in all stages including unpacking and setup of end user devices
* Resolve IT incidents from cradle to grave, working closely with engineering teams and other contractor stakeholders when IT issues require Tier III escalation or have external dependencies
* Install application software on end-user device workstations via scripted install packages
* Inventory management of UC deployed software and end user devices
* Provide user education and training in basic hardware and software functions
* Create and maintain documentation and SOPs to train new employees
* Use ServiceNow-based ticketing database to track, update, and close break/fix incident tickets and fulfill new requests
* Identify and execute process improvements and other enhancements that improve operational efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position; an additional 4 years of may be substituted in lieu of a degree
* Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in addition to education level
* Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II or IAM II certification
* Experience working in a DoD or IC environment desired
Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
