This is a role within the TTS North America Payments & Receivables business, which manages and develops innovative solutions to help TTS clients across Public Sector, Corporate and Financial Institution sectors efficiently collect and make payments. The team oversees a diverse and comprehensive portfolio of products that include Core domestic solutions such as Check Processing and ACH services, Cross-border payment solutions such as WorldLink, USD clearing and Electronic and Emerging solutions for digital collections, disbursements and reconciliation. The team also works closely with the Global Payments & Receivables team to commercialize global common solutions such as Instant Payments, Virtual Accounts, Payment Outlier Detection, C2B e-Commerce Collections and others in the North America region by working with the Regional Sales, Market Management, Technology, Operations, Servicing and Control function partners.
In our ongoing efforts to Be the Best for our clients, we are continuously looking to improve our infrastructure, processing efficiency, and how we engage with our clients. This role will directly support the execution of our Payments strategy in North America. The incumbent will lead programs aimed at the end-to-end delivery of enhanced, modern infrastructure across a broad set of P&R products. Specifically, this individual will lead cross-functional teams responsible for finalizing business and technical requirements, prioritizing, and executing required development work on time, as well as commercializing changes.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
– Create and manage clear and specific project plans for product execution
– Lead delivery of transformation initiatives for payment processing and product onboarding
– Lead execution of product development.
– Create, refine, and execute on existing business requirements to deliver an industrial strength/robust solution in response to client needs
– Work to become an SME on all aspects of the payment lifecycle and client actions
– Work with global and regional payment/receivables product teams, account management, channel and enterprise, Service and Implementation teams to meet the goals of internal stakeholders, while delivering a cohesive client experience
– Create, refine, and execute on existing business requirements to deliver an industrial strength/robust solution in response to client needs
KEY RESPONSOBILITIES
– Support alignment on business requirements and partner with Technology team on detailed functional requirements
– Support Technology teams on associated builds, ensure alignment across teams
– Support coordination of readiness activities, including working closely with functional partners in Service, Implementation & Technology to build appropriate support models
– Support development of a roadmap with P&R technology that is aligned with our Payment Transformation, Application Rationalization, Big Data and Channels Strategy
– Work with other teams across TTS to ensure we have a consistent strategy and look and feel across all Cash offerings for clients
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
– Understanding of payment channels and file processing technologies very desirable;
– Understanding of payment landscape, payment digitization and user expereince trends, emerging payment methods/channels;
– Product management experience preferred
– Basic knowledge of core receivables and payments products and solutions;
SKILLS
Develop detailed project plans, drive team meetings, follow up with team members to ensure projects are tracking to the timeline. Problem solving. Supports development of business requirements and training documents. Work with technology and business to define action plans, track issues. Ability to strategize, brainstorm regarding uses and sources of data regarding payments and receivables. Analytical Skills.
