Job Duties 35%
Creates and implements a fundraising program with measurable. financial and activity-based goals attainable through the successful identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of current and deferred gifts to provide an ongoing basis of private support for the MUSC
College of Health Professions. Individual fundraising goal of $3M with solicitation and visit goals made annually.
Job Duties 30%
Works collaboratively with the Office of Institutional Advancement to proactively identify and qualify viable prospects. Also works collaboratively with the offices of constituent engagement and planned giving in an effort to achieve goals. Responsible for coordinating in and out of state travel to existing and prospective donors. Conducts visits and calls to meet these goals.

Works collaboratively with the offices of communications and stewardship, MUSC public relations and marketing departments and outside vendors, when appropriate, to enhance overall fundraising and stewardship efforts and supports the overall effort of the Institutional Advancement and the MUSC College of Health Professions. Creates and implements a distinctive stewardship plan for key donors and constituents in the College.
Job Duties 10%
Effectively manages the MUSC College of Health Professions Advisory Board and serves as liaison between board members and MUSC. Incorporates best practices into the overall strategic plan for volunteer leadership at the College

As a key member of the Dean’s Leadership Council, manages and supervises all direct reports including but not limited to all fundraising and Alumni Affairs responsibilities. Serves as an ambassador for the College, the University as well as the key liaison with the Advancement, President and Alumni Offices
