Are you a graphic designer with a track record of producing innovative print, digital, motion, and events display solutions in a fast-paced agency environment? Deloitte’s Green Dot Agency is looking for an experienced graphic designer who’s inspired by new trends and emerging technologies. An ability to collaborate with creative and business teams to create stunning visuals that support their business goals is a must. The ideal candidate must have a strong visual aesthetic and the ability to work within a larger overall branding system, loves to tackle design challenges, teams well with people at all levels, and is ready to concept, execute, and deliver.

Work you’ll do

  • Create distinctive visuals in a variety of media, including print, digital, and video, web design, visual identity and style guide creation
  • Provide ideas and input to campaign work that align to an overall strategy
  • Create custom imagery and layouts using Adobe creative cloud applications
  • Maintain the highest level of design and brand consistency and compliance throughout all projects
  • Be a proactive problem solver, communicate clearly, and have an enviable self-starting work ethic
  • Meet deadlines, ask questions, be curious
  • Use established project management systems to enhance collaboration, manage assets, and maintain visibility of project workflows
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, innovation, and trends

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer for 3-5 years
  • Strong portfolio of completed design projects that delivered results for the client and accurately reflect your skills
  • Expert level experience with Adobe CC applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Understanding of video editing with an emphasis on storyboarding and concepting motion graphics
  • Ability to drive the creative process to produce high-quality, original content
  • Strong aesthetic skills and typographic abilities
  • Incredible attention to detail and ability to focus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a team environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and trust
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BFA, or BA degree in Design, Visual Communications or similar preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $123,200.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
