The Position:
Jobandtalent is looking for an Onsite Specialist to join our growing team. As an Onsite Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients are getting the most out of our services. You will be the face of our company on-site and will act as a liaison between our clients and our internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Work on-site with clients to help them maximize their usage of Jobandtalent’s services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering any questions they may have and providing solutions to their needs.
- Identify areas of improvement and suggest ways to enhance our services to better meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all client needs are being met and exceeded.
- Conduct regular trainings to help clients get the most out of our services.
- Analyze data and provide insights to clients to help them make data-driven decisions.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to clients.
You are…
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in HR or staffing services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Fluent in [Insert language(s) as required by the job location].
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
$25,000 – $35,000 a year
