The Director of Business Strategy, InHome will be responsible for driv ing our long-term growth strategy . T his role sits within the Strategy team and will work collaboratively with Analytics, Finance, Operations, Product , and Marketing . The ide al c andidate will be innovative, a daptable , strategic, and results oriented . This in div idual will have experience in business strategy, data analysis, finance, consulting, or operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain growth models and underlying assumptions to project and monitor performance as InHome expands nationally.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and other key stakeholders to driv e key cost savings initiatives to improve the cost to serve our customers.
  • Le ad r esearch and sizing of additional revenue generating opportunities for the business .
  • Use data and customer research to i dentify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value .
  • Present data-backed recommendations on long-term business strategy to senior leadership to drive decision-making.
  • Man age the development, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives .
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and partner s , w ork collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives , and communicate with influence and inspiration to garner commitment and action .
  • Directly manage a team of direct reports , supporting an environment that supports learning, development, and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in b usiness, e conomics, or related field and 7 years’ experience in strategy, finance, consulting, analytics, operations, or related area.
  • S tructured problem solver with sound business judgment and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Demonstrates c reativity and strength in the face of change, obstacles, or adversity
  • Adapts to competing demands and shifting priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and excel under pressure

The annual salary range for this position is $140,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives
