Job Title: Director of Driver Experience & Loyalty Programs
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Director of Driver Experience (DX) and Loyalty Programs to lead the business team of Spark Driver Experience. The team is focused on enhancing DX and building a defect-free, transparent, and trusted platform for our gig delivery service providers. This team will also work cross-functionally to develop a loyalty strategy that connects the rewards to driver quality and enhances driver retention, engagement, and experience. The ideal candidate has experience working in a tech environment, strong product management knowledge, and the ability to develop strategies that positively impact driver experience, all while managing a high performing team, fostering a cohesive culture, and delivering results independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies that drive driver engagement, retention, and satisfaction, as well as enhancing the platform and removing pain points.
• Manage the entire driver experience, from onboarding, on-trip, off-trip, App, loyalty, metrics, and rewards programs, as well as overseeing Business and Product partnership.
• Develop and implement a driver loyalty program that aligns with business objectives and enhances driver retention, engagement, and experience.
• Drive long-term vision, roadmap, vision, strategy for Spark Driver platform to become a leading delivery platform for gig drivers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategies that will optimize driver experience, engagement, and retention, as well as enhancing the app’s user experience.
• Provide thought leadership and influence the development of both long and short-term strategic planning for the driver experience and platform.
• Develop metrics, targets, and reporting mechanisms to measure and track progress towards achieving business objectives, as well as provide feedback to relevant departments to enhance the app’s user experience.
• Deliver KPI-based impactful results tied to company goals and business OKRs
• Lead and motivate a team to ensure consistency in the delivery of exceptional driver support, as well as overseeing product management for the driver app.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in Experience enhancement role, including at least 5 years of experience as a team leader, as well as experience working in a tech environment.
- Proven success in developing and implementing strategies that enhance driver experience, remove pain points, and improve the platform’s product management.
- Strong familiarity with loyalty programs
- Pristine Communications skills while communicating, presenting, or writing across teams and with Executive leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as product management knowledge.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of driving performance and achieving business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $140,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
