Manager I, Business Analysis and Insights- Seller Onboarding -Account Management

The Manager I, Seller Onboarding Account Manager role within the US (United States) Marketplace business will play a key role in the process of onboarding large retailers & strategic brands/inventory onto the Walmart Marketplace.

In this role, you will work in a one-on-one capacity with individual sellers new to the Walmart Marketplace. You will be responsible for concurrently leading multiple individual seller accounts through the onboarding journey; setting accounts up for success at activation, assisting through the item setup process, & working to influence the adoption of optimal behaviors and best practices designed to promote accelerated growth and success.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • Have a deep understanding of Marketplace ecommerce spaces
  • Have the ability identify, navigate, and manage a sellers onboarding needs with solutions such as API’s, 3rd party tools and other internal or external solutions
  • Have knack for building internal and external relationships
  • Are comfortable presenting to internal & external a, b, and c level managers
  • Have excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Can identify product gaps, opportunities, and be a voice of influence for change
  • Can execute marketplace initiatives in a fast paced, rapidly growing, highly ambiguous, and challenging environment in the ecommerce space
  • Can foster collaboration with internal and external teams and leverage your expertise in marketplace to drive results
  • Have passion and drive to improve the seller experience on Walmart Marketplaces
  • Are a hands-on team player, that is nimble and curious to continuously learn about Marketplaces
  • Can troubleshoot and navigate marketplace complexities on a seller’s behalf

  • Adopting Results Oriented Mindset – Relentlessly pursuing optimal outcomes for our customers and business partners with a strong focus on the “why” within your role
  • Building Strategic Relationships – Collaborating across cross-functional teams as we development our strategy for onboarding large business for Marketplace segment
  • Delivering against Incubation KPI’s – Influencing adoption of marketplace best practices, launching accounts in high volume and on time, & positioning seller success for optimal GMV attribution

The annual salary range for this position is $78,750.00-$131,250.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives
