- Support data collection and evaluation for product/feature analytics, using data analysis tools and techniques, and staying updated on modern industry practices and emerging trends.
- Research and verify customer needs and expectations and deliver customer value within the parameters of profitability and other targets.
- Build and own a simple product roadmap with proper phasing, communicating with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- Assist in building new ideas/products, exploring new focus areas, and developing a long-term vision.
- Communicate effectively in one-to-one/stakeholder meetings, and proactively build a professional network.
- Demonstrate an understanding of InfoSec policies, processes, and technology requirements.
- Identify gaps across subdomains and report gaps for potential innovation opportunities.
Along your way, you’ll report to a Sr. Manager II, Product Management.
What you’ll bring:
- Knowledge of product and feature analytics, data analysis tools and techniques, research for analysis activities, and documentation procedures.
- Experience in customer and business problem-solving, design thinking, journey mapping, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with product roadmap development techniques, project management methodologies, MVP creation, and product development lifecycles.
- Understanding of problem formulation and solutioning, hypothesis framing, business strategies, customer segments and needs, and industry trends.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of competitive technology landscapes, software quality assurance methodologies, and emerging technology and industry trends.
- Awareness of domain-specific methodologies, tools, processes, and market standards in product/platform architecture.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $136,000.00-$200,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
