What you’ll do…

The Senior Director, Product Manager Experience will be responsible for build ing and execut ing programs to enhance the experience of product managers at Walmart US from recruitment through career development . In this role you will partner with recruitment to redefine recruitment processes , learning & de velopment to create internship and early career programs, communications team to support culture building activities, and the people team on career development programs . All of this will be done in partnership with product managers – utili zing the teams on the ground to get ideas and support delivery of programs.

Location for this role is Bentonville, AR or San Francisco Bay Area

How you’ll make an impact:

Define vision for Product Management Experience – You will own the product manager’s journey at Walmart US and ensure that we are hiring, training, and supporting Product Manage ment talent

Develop ment of unique Product Culture – you will partner with product manage rs and communications to support culture building opportunities – from All Hands to on-sites to mentor circles – you will support creating an inclusive, supportive product organization.

Lead career development pro grams – Partner with Learning & Development and external partnerships to build programs to support Product Management talent at all stages of career development from internship to high potential leadership talent.

Build an inclusive team environment – you will select, train, and mentor team members for program management . Additionally, you will find harness the product management organization to create and drive inclusive programs .

Evaluate the effectiveness of your programs – you will be obsessed with feedback and seek opportunities to constantly improve and scale experience programs.

Along your way, you’ll report to a Vice President of Product Strategy and Governance.

  • You have experience in learning & development , recruitment, or human resources in technology companies or have experience leading and growing product management teams .
  • You have successfully developed and rolled out programs at scale to organizations .

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $128,000.00-$250,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives

Minimum Qualifications…

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience
