This role sits within the Fraud Strategy team, where you will play a key role in managing fraud & abuse on the ecommerce platform, directly working with the customer care operations team to enhance fraud prevention roadmaps and technology. This role will lead initiatives to execute strategies that drive positive impact across Walmart’s bottom line, aligning with operational goals. In addition, you’ll be collaborating with multiple business, tech, and product teams to ensure success, reduce losses, and build a sustainable fraud prevention program.

  • Are comfortable presenting external a, b, and c level managers
  • Have knack for building internal and external relationships
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can identify product gaps, opportunities, and influence product change
  • Can execute fraud initiatives in a fast paced, rapidly growing, highly ambiguous, and challenging environment in the ecommerce space
  • Can foster collaboration with internal and external teams and leverage your expertise in fraud to drive results
  • Have passion and drive to improve the customer experience with a focus on loss reduction
  • Are comfortable leading discussions with internal teams and cross functional audiences (business development, product)
  • Have the ability to dissect and manage complicated system processes across various teams
  • Are driven, with strong organizational skills
  • Are a hands-on team player, that is nimble and curious to continuously learn about contact center abuse and fraud
  • Can troubleshoot and navigate internal systems to drive decisions based on data

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in project management
  • 3+ years of experience in contact center ecommerce environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams and influencing change behavior
  • Strong organizational skills, a keen sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, and be a self-starter
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5+ years managing ecommerce fraud (or equivalent)

The annual salary range for this position is $119,000.00-$221,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives

Minimum Qualifications…
