Position Summary…

What you’ll do… Assortment Strategy & Management: Possess knowledge of: Assortment analytics sources and reports; assortment performance metrics; assortmentmanagement tools. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Works with merchants on assortment strategy and management for aspecific category or department; follows processes and procedures for managing assortment quality; assists with the development of lists ofassortment needs for a department or category; develops plans to address needs; records information used to assess assortment performance andopportunities; produces and uses basic reports. Business Process Improvement: Possess Knowledge of: Process improvement processes and guidelines; problem-solving methodologies; processdocumentation resources and policies. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Participates in defining organizational strategic goals andpurposes; defines strategies to gather and keep customers; analyzes business processes, identifies alternative solutions to outdated processes, andassesses feasibility; establishes requirements for large changes in the overall mission, roles, responsibilities, and processes necessary to makebusiness improvements; evaluates financial, cultural, technological, and other factors; recommends new approaches that seek the use of advancedtechnology; works to overcome business process improvement resistance from managers, the labor force, and other groups. Data Transformation & Integration: Possess knowledge of: Data quality guidelines; data customization techniques; data management tools; datatransformation processes. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Extracts data from identified databases; creates data pipelines andtransforms multiple data sources into usable data sets; develops knowledge of current data transformation processes; customizes transformed datasets for multiple audiences and reporting goals. Partnership & Collaboration: Possess knowledge of: Stakeholder identification and mapping; stakeholder analysis; stakeholder communication;stakeholder engagement techniques; stakeholder management effectiveness tools and methods; fluency in specialized business vernacular. Seller Lifecycle: Possess knowledge of: Seller segments, business structures, categories, and capabilities; key performance metrics and evaluationtechniques; market forces and global trends that may impact seller performance; business drivers for sellers, markets, and segments. The annual salary range for this position is $119,000.00-$221,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
