The Walmart Omni Capabilities & Financial Services team is on a mission to create integrated omni-channel experiences to make financial services more affordable and accessible for all consumers by helping them save more, live better. We want to use your expertise and passion for the FinTech and Digital commerce space to build market-leading solutions in the Lending, Credit and Alternative Finance space while deepening customer relationships through embedded digital solutions.

As the Senior Manager II of Strategic Initiatives, you will be responsible to selectively target future growth opportunities, operate the strategic roadmap for our business, serve as a key advisor to leadership and manage both internal and external partners. You will be an important leader on a team of one of the largest non-bank consumer financial services businesses in the world and influence the future direction of the organization.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Setting and executing business growth strategies that focus on differentiated offerings to uniquely serve the needs of Walmart customers through both physical and digital experiences
  • Lead and Partner with marketing, digital, tech, operations, partner and merchandise teams to optimize retail sales growth and credit/lending usage within Walmart’s expanding customer ecosystem
  • Build and Manage strategic relationships with new and existing partners by understanding and evaluating their products and capabilities while actively managing the portfolio performance of the programs
  • Deliver customer, operational, and financial metrics for existing and newly established business lines and set & achieve annual operating performance objectives
  • Operating with excellence – Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others

Minimum Requirements:

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to lead and work within a highly matrixed environment to optimize operational programs to drive commercial growth
  • Strong product management in financial services, banking, or consumer lending, or innovation consulting experience
  • MBA in Marketing, Finance, Operations, or a related field

The annual salary range for this position is $119,000.00-$221,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives
