Senior Product Manager – Omni Personalization is responsible for defining the strategy and execution of our personalization roadmap to drive key metrics around engaging customers as they shop across multiple channels (online, store, mobile devices, etc.) and driving adoption and awareness of products and related services related to specific customer journeys. This role will be responsible for collaborating cross functionally across multiple product, engineering and business teams, developing new data models for personalized recommendations and defining new customer experiences to enable discovery and continued engagement with Omni services.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $136,000.00-$200,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
