What you’ll do…
Walmart Commerce Technologies (WCT) is a new start up within Walmart Global Tech commercializing internally developed technologies and offering it to external companies. The Staff Product Manager, Implementation Consultant will be dedicated to ensure Clients can easily implement WCT’s Store Assist product and derive maximum value from the product. The candidate will build relationships with the Clients, develop a deep technical understanding of Store Assist, share best practices for implementation with Client and ensure on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on Store Assist capabilities and integration best practices
- Work with platform product, engineering, support and other teams to ensure successful implementation of solution at client
- Understand Client business goals, share overview of Store Assist, and become the guide for the Client implementation of Store Assist
- Provide client feedback to the Platform Product & Engineering teams to drive product improvement
- Act as a point of contact for any major escalations, manage expectations and communications through resolution of such incidents
Minimum qualifications
- 8-12 years of work experience in one or more of the following: Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture
- 3-5 years experiences at a SaaS company in a Solutions Consultant/Implementation Consultant role
- Large-scale implementation experience with sophisticated solutions environments
- Comfortable with IT systems that support end-to-end business processes across the customers’ value chain
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with retail technologies especially Supply Chain systems
- Start up experience a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $144,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
