The Technical Program Manager & Scrum Master is a dynamic role focused on driving the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects using the Scrum framework, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion. This position requires exceptional project management expertise, in-depth knowledge of Scrum principles, and the capacity to effectively lead and support cross-functional teams in achieving their goals.

About Team:

What you’ll do:

1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, and develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.

2. Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope, while facilitating Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

3. Guide the team in understanding and applying Scrum principles and practices, and remove impediments and roadblocks to enable the team to focus on achieving their goals.

4. Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the team has a clear and prioritized backlog, and promote effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.

5. Identify and mitigate project risks, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly, while fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure project success.

1. Strong project management skills: Demonstrated ability to define project scope, develop detailed plans, and effectively manage resources, timelines, and budgets to drive projects to successful completion.

2. In-depth knowledge of Scrum: Proficiency in applying Scrum principles and practices, facilitating Scrum events, and guiding teams in adopting the framework for improved project execution.

3. Exceptional leadership and team collaboration: Proven ability to lead and support cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

4. Problem-solving and adaptability: Capacity to identify and remove impediments, mitigate project risks, and adapt to changing project requirements and constraints, ensuring project success.

5. Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate project updates, risks, and requirements to stakeholders, while fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners.

The annual salary range for this position is $144,000.00-$216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives

Minimum Qualifications…
