We are hiring a friendly and talented UX Researcher to join our team! As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for helping us understand and improve the user experience of our products. You will work closely with our design and development teams to conduct user research, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement. The Work
- Conduct user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews
- Collect and analyze user data to identify trends and patterns
- Create personas, user journeys, and other design artifacts to support product development
- Develop and execute research plans and protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user research into product design and development
- Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders and team members
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product designs, and recommend improvements based on data
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in UX research or related field
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in usability testing software and tools, such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or Morae.
$100,000 – $175,000 a year
