You’ll be a part of the Consumer Credit Design team for PayPal and Venmo. The Credit experiences span across PayPal and Venmo’s customer journey through Checkout, Shopping In-store and Online, Honey and on merchant sites. You will work with partners in design, product, engineering, research, and marketing to shape the Consumer Credit experience in many customer touchpoints. Our team is a great mix of talented interaction, visual and full-stack designers.

Your way to impact:
As a Product Designer within the Credit team, you will help to create meaningful and cohesive end-to-end experiences for Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) globally. You will work alongside your cross-functional team members to influence decisions and ultimately deliver the best possible online credit experience for our customers and merchants around the world.
Your day to day:
- You will produce compelling design artifacts (screens, prototypes, presentations) that communicate a vision for BNPL experiences.
- You will work with partners in product and engineering to deliver delightful and accessible experiences to our customers.
- You will collaborate with people in other domains, like Shopping, Checkout, App and more to ensure a comprehensive end to end BNPL experience.
What do you need to bring:
- You showcase curiosity, storytelling, great communication and attention to detail within your portfolio.
- You have experience facilitating implementations by building strong partner relationships, understanding business context, constraints, and the world around us.
- You are curious about how things work and have a point of view about how they should work and what makes something good.
- You can work within established patterns, frameworks and best practices without feeling constrained. When it’s constraining, you work with people to expand the system.
- A BA/BS/Master’s Degree in the field of user experience, research or related field is preferred but not required.
