Validation Tester(Remote)
Location: Boston MA
Roles and Responsibilities:
Validation Testing Services
Estimation of testing efforts for each project/application
Development of validation and testing strategies based on system risk, complexity, and other relevant factors
Authoring/development of validation & testing documentation such as validation plans/summaries, test plans/summaries, test scripts.
Managing progress, issues, and risks
Maintaining a solid business relationship with Vendor Manager
Addressing escalations on delivery
Understanding business and goals
Required Qualifications:
Good knowledge and experience in Validation Testing
Good knowledge and hands on experience in creating Validation Plan / Test Plan / Validation Summary Report
Should able to identify the risk proactively and take corrective actions
Hands on experience in creating test scenarios / OQ / PQ test scripts, Dry run, Formal Execution
Good in Defect tracking process
Work closely with the project team to ensure timely and effective testing effort
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80K – $90K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
