Overview
The Vault Cashier is responsible for processing, balancing and reporting of cash receipts during events. The Vault Cashier will assist in preparation of starting banks, balancing of event change orders and other related cash functions.
The Vault Cashier must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $12 to $15.00.

Responsibilities
• Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to cash handling and reconciliation.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
• Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, and management staff in a clear, business-like and respectful manner, which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Responsible for the preparation and distribution of event starting banks.
• Responsible for receiving and balancing event location cash deposits.
• Distributes and reconciles event change order requests.
• Responsible for balancing and reconciling the safe.
• Prepare final event deposits and balance event receipts.
• Generate event reports utilizing excel.
• Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
• May be responsible for employee check in before events.
Qualifications
Prior bank cash handling and counting experience preferred. Retail cash handling experience helpful.
3-5 years of cash handling and cash reconciliation
