Roles & Responsibilities
As a Veeva Align Integration Lead, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the integration of Veeva Align, a commercial planning and execution solution, into various systems and platforms within an organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing, to ensure a seamless integration process.
Your duties will include analyzing business requirements, designing integration solutions, and implementing them using Veeva Align’s integration tools and technologies. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any integration issues that may arise, as well as providing technical support and guidance to end-users.
Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the integration process. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with both technical and non-technical teams.
Overall, as a Veeva Align Integration Lead, you will play a crucial role in enabling organizations to leverage the full potential of Veeva Align by ensuring its seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
Understand client requirements and business processes and translate them into technical solutions using Veeva Align.
Design, configure, and customize Veeva Align to meet client’s specific needs and ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to implement and deliver Veeva Align solutions.
Conduct system integration activities, ensuring seamless integration between Veeva Align and other enterprise systems.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, advising on best practices and industry trends related to Veeva Align and commercial planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform system maintenance, and implement enhancements or upgrades as required.
Document solution designs, configurations, and technical specifications.
Stay up to date with the latest Veeva Align features, releases, and industry updates, and proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations.
NA Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$ 103,670 – $152,830] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
