TECHNICAL LEAD – Veeva

Roles & Responsibilities
The profile should have extensive hands-on experience in Veeva CRM/ Salesforce configuration and customization including the prior working knowledge on Account Management, Call Interactions, Content Management, Consent Management, Event Management, Targeting, Veeva Align. The candidate is expected to lead the integration work stream including Rest API and batch integration
• Understand holistic view of the initiative and align technology with business vision.
• Highlight issues and risk to Gilead Management
• Coordinate with various workstream and boundary system SME’s
• Coordinate and execute cutover plan
• Escalation management to solve issues and conflicts
• Prepare/Update all pending functional documentation for the program in compliance with Gilead standards
• Work closely with the Val team to understand and address deviations
• Technology fitment and impact assessment
• Participation in architecture review board
• Participate in design and build phases
• Establish architecture, data, application, and integration standards
• Perform code reviews
• Coordinate and review project status
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architect on need basis
• Build Deployment strategy in collaboration with relevant teams
• Provide UAT support
NA Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$ 103,670 – $152,830] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
