Job Overview:
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking a healthcare professional to be part of ODM’s Vendor/Acquisition Services Team. As the Vendor Onboarding Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- overseeing and monitoring vendor activities to ensure vendor performance meets ODM’s established Earned Value Management (EVM) and Schedule Variance (SV) measures
- developing program performance standards and outcome measures for vendor related services within the PMO
- directing the assessment of internal customer satisfaction levels with selected vendors
- overseeing quality assurance issues related to vendor performance
- managing the metrics/dashboards for Vendor Effectiveness
- recommending programmatic and/or operational corrective actions based on Vendor Performance Reports

Qualifications
Completion of graduate core program in business, management or public administration, public health, health administration, social or behavioral science or public finance; 12 mos. exp. in the delivery of a health services program or health services project management (e.g., health care data analysis, health services contract management, health care market & financial expertise; health services program communication; health services budget development, HMO & hospital rate development, health services eligibility, health services data base analysis).
Or 12 months experience as Medicaid Health Systems Specialist, 65293, may be substituted for the experience required.
