Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including an Associate and Mid-Level Engineering Technical Support Technician to become part of the Global Services Engineering group in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
Position Responsibilities:
- Experience with the standards set forth in the CNAFINST 4790.2 Series, Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) is required.
- Must be familiar with Navy Logs and Records, Maintenance Administration, and Maintenance/Production Control.
- Maintains documentation in accordance with the standards as outlined within the contractual compliance.
- Must be able to read Navy Technical Directives (TD), Supplemental Technical Certificates (STC), Airworthiness Directives (AD), and engineering guidance to adhere to the compliance and repairs of aircraft components using the best practices possible.
- Must have experience with the Naval Air Technical Evaluation Center (NATEC) and Deckplate databases.
- Must be experienced in creating and maintaining Assembly Service Record (ASR), Equipment Service Records (EHR) and Scheduled Component Repair (SRC) records IAW CNAFINST 4790.2 Series.
- Must be able to maintain the OOMA NALCOMIS Configuration Management Database to update logsets and track lifetime limits of aircraft components.
- Prior Navy or Marine Corp Aviation Maintenance Administration (AZ/MOS 6046) or equivalent experience with OOMA NALCOMIS required.
- Will maintain and improve complex products (e.g., engineering data, spreadsheets, dashboards, documentation, processes and services by performing reviews and interfacing with end users to ensure consistent quality of data for any Boeing Data Analytics.
- Investigates, interprets and resolves problems with products and processes and implements solutions.
- Guides and monitors schedules, metrics, reports and forecasts to manage quality and performance per customer requirements.
- Guides the development and deployment of job-specific, technical training.
- Works under minimal direction.
100% onsite:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options (Fort Walton Beach, FL).
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with • 4790.2 Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP).
- 1+ years of experience with Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) Software.
- Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Experience forecasting and reporting.
- Experience working with U.S Navy and U.S Air Force platforms.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with aerospace vehicles and their components, including company and industry standards and practices .
- Experience working with or in the US Navy ,

Associate- Level:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Mid-Level:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years’ related work experience, 5 years’ related work experience, etc.)
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense to Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Associate-Level Summary pay range: $52,700- $71,300
Mid-Level Summary pay range: $61,200 – $82,800
