Protective’s Vice President Business Transformation role will oversee a team responsible for identifying, developing, and testing solutions to complex, high impact problems or focus areas that are identified through corporate planning processes. The team will lead work cross functionally with business, technology, and innovation teams to understand complex business needs, translate those business needs into solutions and proactively identify opportunities for enhancements and automation of existing systems and processes. The Transformation Leader is a capable change leader with a passion for results-driven transformation and innovation. The team will also serve as a Center of Excellence for process improvement and automation.
The Business Transformation Leader will report directly to the Head of Business Enablement, who reports to the COO. The role will work in partnership with and in support of key stakeholders across the enterprise including segment leaders, shared services, corporate staff functions and innovation organization.

Protective’s targeted salary range for this position is $143,000 to $181,357. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective’s total compensation package for employees.
This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
